SHIPPING AND REFUND

 

AUSTRALIA

All orders will be packed within two working days of your order being placed. We send all of our orders via Australia Post, you should expect to receive your order within 2-8 working days. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

The cost of shipping within Australia is $10.60 with standard Australia Post. Receive FREE Express shipping for orders above $50. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

No International shipping is currently available.

 

REFUND

In the event of major product defects, you are entitled to a full refund including any shipping fees. To request a refund, please email us at: hello@decafclub.com.au and provide details of the defects (including any photographic evidence, if applicable).
